Self-Help Resources
The Centre for Clinical Interventions offers many free sets of modules for various mental health conditions, including a disordered eating module. These modules include scientific information on eating disorders, as well as provide strategies, tips, action plans, and worksheets to help manage and prevent eating disorders.
